Item Tag Murder

This book is a fictional work based on the events of the trial of Oscar Russ who was convicted of killing his wife. Case was appealed and the Supreme Court decided on his guilt confirming the ruling. The author of the book was the lawyer who defended Russ and he believes that Russ was innocent and that the nature of the circumstantial evidence used for his conviction attest to his innocence. Case ended in a new law regarding circumstantial evidence. This book is signed by the authors son and has a note giving it to a friend.
